     A November 27, 2017 appellate opening brief, filed in an appeal no. C082930 before the California Third District Court of Appeals, seeks reversal of an allegedly corrupt and politically motivated order issued by California State Court Judge Michael Aaron Persky that kicked out an 87 year old, elderly, disabled person from her own purchased home.

    All while Judge Persky enjoys unfettered ownership of his own properties at 13850 Campo Vista Lane, Los Altos Hills, California 94022 and at 291 Heinlen Court, San Jose, California 95112

     Judge Persky is the subject of the world-wide condemnation for letting Brock, a convicted Stanford rapist off the hook, without any meaningful adverse consequences for the rape crime.

    Judge Persky appears to be caught in a recurring habit of judicial misconduct of making judicial decisions based, not on facts and merits, but on partisan special interests and obvious judicial misconduct.

     The November 27, 2017 filed appellate brief on the questioned appeal writes “Trial Judge Aaron Persky, currently battling an ongoing public “recall” battle on a separate/Stanford rape fiasco, commits countless procedural/legal/factual errors warranting appellate reversal on any one of the ~530 presented errors”

     A separately filed December 27, 2017 response brief writes “[The elder disabled 87 year old woman’s] family has been blacklisted, retaliated for [her family member]’s family court DQ [disqualification of a judge challenge], where Santa Clara County Superior Court Orders are politically, prejudicially motivated, vs. on facts, law, merits. It’s a no win situation, setting a bad precedent where the “agreement” is not set aside, when it ought to be, nor enforced as written, as a lesser preferred alternative. A “lose-lose” discriminatory treatment”

     Honesty, fair play, search for truth, unbiased application of enacted law, are among the “must have” qualities of a American Judge when they make binding, life-altering decisions on U.S. citizen’s life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

    Complaints against the California judges, and in particularly the Santa Clara County judges, supervised by the California Judicial Council, have grown in recent past.

    Although lack of transparency [no recording of court proceedings], judicial immunity, tampering of records, judicial misconduct tactics, cover ups, et al., renders judicial misconduct almost invisible, cases of judges committing corrupt acts have indeed seen the light of the day.

    It is such gross judicial misconduct that led to California State Auditor being asked to audit of the hollow California judicial oversight body, the state’s Commission on Judicial Performance.

    The questioned appeal is being reviewed by the Third District California Court of Appeals before the Presiding Justice Vance Raye
